2025 Call to Office
Volunteers are needed to lead the DC SHRM Chapter by serving on the Board of Directors for 2025. Build your professional network, develop vital career skills, and aim to position yourself higher in the HR community. The District of Columbia Society for Human Resource Management (formerly HRA-NCA) is widely respected and recognized as a SHRM affiliate and is the region's premier group of accomplished HR professionals since 1945. All elected and appointed positions are for a term of one year effective January 1, 2025. Board members are expected to participate in monthly board meetings (typically first Thursday of each month) and participate in association events as available. DC SHRM board members must also be active members in good standing of both DC SHRM and SHRM national to serve on the board.
