All elected and appointed positions are for a term of one year effective January 1, 2025. Board members are expected to participate in monthly board meetings (typically first Thursday of each month) and participate in association events as available. DC SHRM board members must also be active members in good standing of both DC SHRM and SHRM national to serve on the board.
