ABOUT THE PROGRAM

How to Read Minds & Influence People is Dr. Carl Christman’s signature program designed to teach you how to read people more effectively while understanding the psychology and power of influence in a fun interactive way.

Dr. Christman understands that no company or organization is the same and neither are his presentations. His approach to optimizing communications puts your organization’s goals at the forefront. By taking his time to learn about your organization before his presentation he adapts your company's goals and needs to his content.

NOTE: This will be a live interactive session and we will ask guests to turn on their cameras for the session. It is recommended that participants use a computer rather than a cell phone to access the meeting since there will be interactive portions that will be easier for attendees to have more than one window open at a time. It is recommended that participants log in 15 minutes in advance of the meeting to ensure any technical difficulties are worked out.

SESSION GOALS

In this program you will learn how to:

  • Communicate better with employees, management, and others for every day interactions.
  • Improve employee relations by "reading people" and gaining a better understanding of what they are thinking.
  • Effectively communicate with others so that you may relay your organization’s core values, recruit better applicants, and increase retention.
  • Create better teams with proven persuasion techniques.
  • Implement simple but effective techniques to improve interpersonal communication between employees and management.
  • Facilitate organizational goals with proven persuasion techniques

This is a fun and interactive program for human resources professionals that want to help their employees understand the core values of the organization, become better team players, and improve the communication climate of the broader organization. Remember, Dr. Carl Reads Minds and your staff can too!
