The 2019 NCA Compensation Survey will be released Wednesday, September 18th! This year 227 organizations participated in the survey, representing over 340,000 employees! DC SHRM will be hosting a free event to launch the survey.

DESCRIPTION
This program is pending approval for 2 hours of SHRM and HRCI re-certification credit and will cover the following topics:

  • Policy and Practices: review of the latest responses from the survey.
  • Salary Trends: Trends and takeaways from the detailed salary section of the survey.
  • The Government Contracting Landscape: Our take on the survey results and how they affect Government Contractors.
  • HR Analytics Tutorial 102: A review of the latest tools and features available to participants in the portal.
  • Panel Review of Hot Topics in Compensation: Our panelists will review the latest hot topics in compensation including the EEO-Component 2 filing, the reduced backlog in clearances and what that means for pay levels, Amazon HQ2 and it’s effect on regional turnover rates, and others.

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION

Parking is available in the building from the Taylor Street entrance. Rates are $5.00 for the first hour, and $10.00 for the day. Two shuttle elevators operate from each garage level to the Plaza Lobby.
