ABOUT THE PROGRAM

During this event, Jenny will discuss managing a multi-generational workforce and the current make-up of our workforce (5 generations). She will present generational preferences and motivators highlighting the similarities and advising that we shift focus away from differences. She’ll also touch on age bias and how to mitigate it through recruiting practices.

You’ll also learn the key takeaways below:

  • What to do and what to avoid doing to achieve a successful multi-generational workforce.
  • Generalizations are limiting but can be used as guideposts.
  • Assuming someone’s preferences, capabilities, or motivators based solely on their age is unfair and can be discriminatory.
