ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The global social, economic, and political climates have created an opportunity for the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizers to mobilize their efforts towards a more diverse, inclusive, and collaborative society. These mobilizations must continue to center on the expansion of thought, perspective, passion, experience, and entrepreneurship. However, Generation X and Millennials are often excluded and marginalized in human services, healthcare, housing, public policy and business development. According to StartOut, a national nonprofit organization that supports, educates, and connects entrepreneurs and other leaders, businesses often exclude young professionals from discussions on diversity, inclusion, equity, and strategy.
During this event, Dr. Charles A. Montorio-Archer, Esq., MPA, will address how to consider creating these opportunities with human capital impact through the following topic areas:
- Everybody Matters
- Consensus Building
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Hardwork Works
- The Balance Point
6:00 - 6:30 pm Networking
6:30 - 7:30 pm Presentation and Q&A
7:30 - 8:00 pm Networking
