DC SHRM invites you to its annual conference on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. The theme for 2019 is "HR: Empowering People and Business."

As professionals continue to grow and evolve, it is up to the humans in human resources to move our people and our businesses forward. Human Resource management can either promote growth or stymie productivity. How can your human resource management continue to empower people and business in 2019 and beyond?

How can we ensure our own behaviors align with the cultural codes of our organization?  And how can we partner with Marketing (often the owner of brand – a client-facing representation of culture) to ensure corporate messaging is authentic and shared?
