Opening Keynote:

Natasha Bowman headshot

The Power of One - How Ordinary Actions Influence Extraordinary Change

Natasha Bowman, JD, SPHR - Founder & CEO, The Workplace Doctor

Most people think influence comes from stature; the "real" difference-makers are those with the fanciest titles, the highest salaries, and the most impressive personal gifts. Nothing could be further from the truth. Influence isn't about stature; it's about nurture—those ordinary acts of everyday kindness that ultimately yield extraordinary results. In this keynote, Natasha Bowman will walk the audience through the three C's of influence: Courage, Candor, and Civility. In her highly relational style, Natasha will inspire each listener with a clear sense of the power they have to effect massive change on both a personal and an organizational level.

Closing Keynote:

Jonathan Michael Bowman

How to Lead the Way to Picture Perfect Change

Jonathan Michael Bowman - CEO, Clear Picture Leadership

Have you ever wanted to create a new department or enhance the quality of your team's work? Change can be difficult for anybody. Leading change can be even more difficult and — at times — seemingly impossible. This keynote will teach attendees change leadership principles that every organization leader should know. In this energetic and content-rich presentation, you will learn how to lead the way to successful — "Picture Perfect" — change. Drawing examples from real leadership situations, Jonathan Michael Bowman will teach and inspire you to ignite your team to achieve dynamic results. You will learn how to set a vision of change, achieve buy-in and lead the way to capture your vision.

Combining both reflective work (self-knowledge and self-assessment) with active work (strategies and tools for implementation) this interactive presentation broaches the sensitive topic of cultural disconnects and the subtle ways in which desired corporate culture can be undermined.
